2012 HOLIDAY GIFT IDEA ? RHA MA-350 Noise Isolating Aluminum ...

I?ve mentioned our love for music numerous times. That love of music is accompanied by earphones, lots and lots of earphones. My oldest son is very active, and walks a lot. He wears prefers earphones for the times he?s walking. I like to keep a pair of earphones with me in my purse, for when I?m in school or out somewhere that I need them, as well as traveling. Recently I received the opportunity to try out some new earphones, the RHA MA-350 Noise Isolating Aluminum Earphones.

RHA MA350 Earphones

ABOUT RHA AND THE MA-350 EARPHONES

We create unique, high specification audio products, designed and engineered at our research and development centre in Glasgow, UK.

Everything we make is engineered to deliver professional grade, cutting edge sound. Each feature, detail and component is the result of extensive research and our uncompromising commitment to innovation and quality.

Inspired by the aerophonic design of a trumpet?s bell, the MA350?s clean, simple lines and aluminium finish create an earphone which not only looks good but fits comfortably whilst providing a rich, natural sound.

The MA350 is machined from solid, aircraft grade aluminium, sandblasted and partially anodised in matte black.

The earbud?s aerophonic design transfers the sound organically from the 10mm driver to the ear canal. The result is a clear, rich tone through the audio spectrum with a deep, full bass response; quite an achievement in an earbud.

The fabric braided cable produces less friction than a normal rubber cable which helps reduce tangling, prolonging product life. The shape of the earbud and the selection of silicone tips results in a snug, secure fit.

MY THOUGHTS

I received a pair of MA-350 Noise Isolating Aluminum Earphones. The first thing that grabbed my interest about these earphones was the fabric cord. it just seems to feel so much nicer, get tangled less, and wears better than the typical cord. I also think it just looks nicer than plastic or rubber cords do. The earphones feel very light. We all tried these earphones and all agreed that we found the sound to be rich and full. I liked that the sound isn?t tinny, and my husband felt the sound was well-balanced. The earphones come with three different sized tips to ensure the best fit possible. I really like the way they fit. They stayed in place the entire time I wore them, not falling out like some. The earphones and tips all come in a black cloth storage pouch, great for travel. I really enjoy these earphones and recommend them to anyone looking for a fuller, richer sound then can be found with standard white earbuds or very cheap earphones. These earphones come with a 3 year warranty, which I think is pretty impressive and shows commitment to the product.

The RHA MA-350 Earphones are available online from RHA, as well as from Amazon where they are $39.95.
